We are seeking a C-level, Personal/Executive Assistant who is a very hands-on, organized individual that possesses a customer service focused attitude. Candidate must possess good judgment & discretion at all times. We are looking for someone who is flexible, highly dependable, and extremely detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while possessing the ability work under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate must possess strong writing skills and exhibit a strong command of grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation.


• Must have at least 3+ years Executive Assistant experience

• College Degree preferred

• Proficiency with software and technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with extraordinary attention to detail

• Maintain calendar and coordinate all meetings. Manage the calendars for multiple executives as per their requirements

• Expertise in coordinating complex travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc) with and without travel agency assistance

• Must be self-confident, self-directed and collaborative

• Possess the ability to prioritize, identify problems and seek solutions

• Flexibility to work overtime, if needed

• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, peers and senior management

• Ability to thrive and react quickly in a fast paced, high intensity environment

• Answering phones, filtering and re-routing calls

• High-traffic Email Monitoring, prioritization, response, and dissemination

• Drafting Letters and Memos

• Complex Travel Coordination

• Ability to maintain highly confidential information and be able to work with highly sensitive and confidential issues

• Maintain professional demeanor always

• Prioritization of tasks with the ability to take initiative in ensuring completion

• Interact with varying client personalities

• Act as the gate-keeper in communication with a team of 45 people
