HR Generalist- White Plains, NY

Seeking a passionate, energetic HR Generalist to join the freshest, local food production company in the area. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing companies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new hire paperwork, benefits, recruiting, payroll, worker’s compensation, unemployment claims, compliance reporting, leave management
  • Work with Legal department to resolve employee relations issues
  • Work with Legal to provide guidance to managers on terminations
  • Oversee Payroll (PayChex)
    • Process bi-weekly and bi-monthly payroll, if needed
  • Provide HR support to staff at other locations
  • Manage HR Assistant and Payroll Administrator

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of HR experience and 2+ years managing direct reports
  • Must have payroll experience (processing biweekly and bimonthly schedules for hourly and salary employees)
