The Social Media & Marketing Specialist supports customer/consumer connections and relationship building and is responsible for leading all digital marketing initiatives.

  • Create & maintain email marketing & social media calendar.
  • Execute day to day marketing campaigns & strategies to drive traffic to our websites resulting in customer conversions.
  • MUST have HTML!!!
  • Track, analyze & report success of all marketing initiatives.
  • Email marketing for company Divisions.
  • Manage Benchmark for corporate email blasts.
  • Email marketing for the Outlet Store & Warehouse Sales. (outlet: every other week)
  • Press Releases (as needed)
  • Social Networking: Manage Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, and any other social media accounts for company Divisions as well as East of India, creating a web presence for all brands.
  • Develop and update interesting content on the company Blog to keep customers engaged.
  • Design & development of Ad-Reprints, Splurge vs. Steals, Trend Alerts and other motivational/useful materials for Sales Associates. 
  • Develop monthly News: designs & distributes a company newsletter sharing success stories, merchandising ideas, personal stories, birthdays and anniversaries for both the sales team


Design specialty catalogs in Emun for the sales team to enhance sales. (as needed, eventually will go to sales administrator)
